I utilised Ashley Taylors 'Legal' services during an eviction process. I prepared all of the relevant documentation and paid a £300 fee for a legal advisor. The service I received was far below expectations. A local student attended and didn't have a full understanding of the process. I would not use this company again and I would advise anyone else considering it to use a qualified solicitor or a company who is less about the fee and more about service provision. I did make a complaint about the service afterwards which was not received in a professional manner and was very defensive.

I have had a nightmare tenants for nearly 2 years! I must say that the receptionist Rhoda, and Chloe have been absolutely amazing ! they have both given me so much advice and nothing is too much trouble for them as I am not very good on the Internet, they always reply or phone me and have finally got me my possession order for my nightmare tenants!!
