Graham at Mercury Blinds has to be the best person in business I have dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. He always rings back and is so helpful.Its a pleasure to deal with this company.

Had our blinds over a month now and so pleased with them! From the amazing help at the start from measuring appointment and picking the right blinds, to the fitting! Everyone I’ve contacted in the company is super helpful and knowledgeable! Blinds are of great quality, cannot recommend mercury enough!

Mercury Blinds have been a pleasure to deal with on every occasion we have used them.Most recently they went above and beyond by helping me when they really didnt have to!Unfortunately, my big stupid boxer dog felt it was very important to see out the window, and didn't feel the wooden venetian blinds were a sufficient deterrent, so he took it upon himself to remove a portion so he could have a better view. He was successful in his efforts.When I contacted Murcury Blinds to inform them of my stupid dog's actions, they very kindly offered to take them in at my convenience, and return them as new, and as a gesture of good will for our repeat custom (and the fact that they hadn't been up for very long!) they did this free of charge!I was shocked at their generosity, and it reminds me why we chose to use them in the first place. A good quality local business that recognises the importance of customer service.

Great local company, friendly & helpful service. So impressed with the final product, and great lead time too, ready before they quoted. Very competitive prices, a little more than the mass producing online sellers but considerably less than the big firms we all hear about.Will definitely be using mercury again as I slowly work my way round the house.Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Very disappointed with this company. Booked them in for a quotation to supply and fit but did not turn up for the appointment. Wasted my time having to wait and then not turning up. I will not use the company again or recommend.
