I agreed to buy a three year old car based on photos, emails and phone conversation with Simon. After flying into Stansted plus a bus journey Simon met me to take me to their premises. On examining the car, which was washed and cleaned ready for inspection, it was exactly as described. I drove the car home with no issues. Great price and great service. I have no reservations in recommending Benton James Cars

Excellent! Purchased my BMW 320d from these guys and I received excellent customer service.. Even though i had a few hiccups from my side, Simon was very patient and understanding with me and never made me feel unwanted.. the car is fabulous and i can honestly say the service i got was very good! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to visit Benton James, these guys will look after you..

I purchased a car from Simon at Benton James, I lived too far away to go and view so I had to be sure it was the right car by the description given by Simon.He was very clear about the car saying all little bits such as tiny scratches to ensure I had a full picture of what I was expecting.Simon took extra photos and had great communication throughout and also arranged the car to be transported to my home.I shouldn't have worried as the car was amazing.If you are looking for a professional service then I suggest using this garage.

I had a very specific brief for a car that I was looking for. Simon listened to everything I said, made suggestions, and sourced the car that I really needed although it wasn’t what I thought I wanted. It was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had, no pressure, and a lot of honesty. In the end I have the car that meets all my needs... and has a lot of added extras as well.
