I've been to Jenna twice now, once for my initial botox fix and then for my touch up and both times I was made to feel extremely relaxed and welcome and like I was just hanging out with a friend. She talked me through what she was doing, she mixed the product in front of me and explained the process as she went along so I felt at ease she knew her stuff. The result is perfect and I shall be heading back for some other yummy bits and bobs. Highly recommended!Also her little room is so relaxing and cute, next time I might stay for a cuppa! Xx

I had a really positive experience with Jenna. I was made to feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as I arrived. The procedure was explained carefully and thoroughly, Excellent post-procedure follow-up the same day as well as invitation for a check-up after the appointment.
