Kaizen Martial Arts

We have been training at this school as a family for over a year. The way the classes are run are excellent. I have trained at many different schools so I have a reference point. Lots of real life training involved. All students are taught respect and discipline. The children fitness is a key aspects. One on one training key part of learning and engagement with young students.
