Joseph arrived promptly at his appointment time and quickly got down to servicing, cleaning and resetting my wife's elderly Toyota sewing machine. He completed his work in about half an hour and my wife is delighted with her machine working like new again. Joseph is professional, polite and friendly. An easy 5 stars. Joseph was quick to reply to my request for sewing machine servicing.He let me know his availability via email, and then called to let me know he was going to be coming in an hour, just to confirm.This was fantastic and prompt service.His ability to diagnose both the industrial machine and a US home machine on a totally different voltage was top knotch!He serviced both, fixing them so they are running like new.This was exactly the expertise and professionalism I was looking for!THANKS Joseph! 10 stars (5 for each machine!)
