Rentokil Pest Control - Birkenhead

I had a problem with flies in my garden and emailed Rentokil to ask their advice. A gentleman called Phillip Williams called me within half an hour and made an appointment to come out the next day to look at it . He was there at exactly the appointed time, (so no waiting around) and quickly took note of the problem. He wasn't pushy, just very reassuring. He said they would be able to solve the problem for me ,and emailed me two treatment options to consider before the end of the day. As it happened the problem disappeared within a few days and I thought that I would be charged something for their attendance and quotations but no, not a penny and they were so glad the problem had resolved itself for me. Very happy with them and would highly recommend, thank you!

Pete attends site every month and always does his best to catch up with me to review the visit. He is competent to offer practical advice to assist with any issues as they arrive.
