Very helpful in getting people into the realm of cycling.Recently I got myself a basket and pannier setup from the shop, very pleased with the result. Glad Kilburn Cycles filled the void of Halfords when they shut a few years ago.They are amongst the most respected bike shops around Kilburn, they are always full of customers and are efficient at their job.You get 5 Stars Kilburn Cycles.

The team is not willing to listen to customers' concerns.I would highly recommend endorsing some of the staff on a customer care module and enhance their communication skills.Total waste of my time.

my tire was flat and then i ask them to change it and they said we do it and is going to cost £18 and i was fine with it! guess what they didn't change it they just fix it

Came for a repair and servicing last Saturday. Got charged £100 for New chain fixture and servicing. The next day, after 20 minutes of cycling my chain came off and got stuck in the bike frame. Managed to put it back and then came off again. Also my front Wheel is making a funny noise now. No idea what they have done to my bike. I deeply regret bringing my bike here, it's dirty and in its worst condition ever (far worst that when I brought it in to tell you) Never seen that...Ruined all my rides to work and back. Please give me a call back asap.

They are so lovely and accommodating. I recently returned my bike with a problem. I was dreading a confrontation but they couldn’t have been nicer fixed it fee of charge. Go there with confidence fab local bike shop

Not much to say only had one repair done there, thats their bread and butter , ripping off unknowledgeable bike riders.Fortunately because of stores like this I learnt to build my own bikes from frame up. So thanks.Overpriced repairs which are not even done properly!Avoid!Go To 'Fudges' on Harrow Road Westbourne Park Tube,The Only respectable Bike repair shop left in NW London.

Nash was terrific. My brother-in-law has an old tandem bicycle that was rusted and in disrepair. I called Kilburn Cycles, and Nash said “bring it in.” For a very fair price AND with same day service (!), he replaced the cables; got the brakes, gears, and chain working; and made an unrideable tandem rideable again. My wife has a disability so being able to see the city by tandem bike instead of wheelchair has been the best. I can’t thank Kilburn Cycles and Nash enough for their expert and speedy work. Made my trip!
