Alba Heat and Power

Twice I've called Alba re an issue with my previously installed solar panels in our new home and twice the response has been incredibly fast. Many many thanks to Wayne, Ryan and Euan. Highly recommended!

I had solar panels fitted on my house a few months ago and it was a completely stress free experience.There was a few things we were unsure about but Ryan was very patient and answered all of my questions from the beginning of the process. Installation was quick, it only took one day and the team were lovely. Now they are ready to soak up all the summer sun!Would 100% recommend this local business, and will be passing them onto any neighbour’s and friends who ask for a recommendation!

We were absolutely delighted with Alba's support and professionalism. We cannot fault their quality of service and knowledge. We had asked Alba to take over supply and installation of a Tesla battery, after another company had let us down. Wayne discussed with us the options and sought work-arounds to keep the cost low. When it turned out that it was impossible to supply certain parts, because of the time that had elapsed, Alba honoured their contract with us and shouldered the loss. Got in touch with Alba after another company let us down on the day of install. Ryan + Wayne were very helpful and managed to turn around our Solar PV and battery system very quickly.Communications regarding install etc were top notch and all very professional.Everything is up and running and appears to be working well. We had solar PV panels installed and the team were excellent throughout the process. I'd thoroughly recommend them. After we'd received our initial quote, Ryan answered all our questions promptly by phone or email, generally responding to any of our requests in less than a day. They were able to install our preferred brands of panels, inverter, optimisers and bird guard. The installation was quick (completed in about 5 hours) and was neatly and professionally done.

Ryan and his team installed my solar panels and battery system and I could not have been happier. Ryan explain the quote and options to me thoroughly and for the installation the team worked quickly and cleaned up each night before they left leaving my house spotless after the work they did. System is running well and on the few questions I have had they have responded quickly and in one case there engineer had logged and fixed the issue and simply called to let me know it was done and talk me through what he did incase it happened again.
