Escape hot tubs are a fantastic company with a customer service orientated approach and should be the only place you visit for hot tub sales, aftercare and maintenance. The showroom gives a comprehensive range of hot tubs to allow you to make an informed decision with great advice and support from the team throughout the process. They also have a range of accessories and care products. But it's the aftercare and ongoing maintenance that makes even more of a difference. I have recommended Escape Hot tubs to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you to the whole team.

My wife shopped around extensively for a hot tub and we visited numerous outlets. Escape Got Tubs was the last one we visited because the deals offered there were much better than the others. We saved money by purchasing from Escape and got a much better extras pack including the best quality insulating lid/ cover, big steps and a digital blue tooth on board music system and an additional chemicals pack. Very happy with the staff. Excellent service and after sales support. I would highly recommend Escape Got Tubs.

A highly recommended company.We bought a hot tub from this company 2 years ago after being let down on delivery dates by 2 other so called reputable companies.They delivered on time for my wifes 50th birthday and installation process was smooth and everything was explained fully as to how to get the best out of our tub.We have had one minor hiccup since which was resolved very quickly with minimum fuss.Anyone thinking of buying a hot tub please look no further than Escape hot tubs,they are fantastic company.Well done Ryan Tingle

First class service, from answering all our initial questions when we were doing our research, right through to todays delivery and installation. The guys doing the install were polite and helpful and efficient. Sue kept in touch each week until we were ready for the hot tub to be delivered and she called this afternoon to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

We are so pleased that we purchased our tub from Escape and would recommend them to anyone! From the minute we walked into the store we felt at ease. There was no pressure, we was able to take our time, able to sit in different tubs to see which suited us best - all whilst feeling we could ask endless questions answered by the lovely Sue that works there. Sue and Chris were so helpful and nothing was too much. The tub is outstanding and we are so happy with our purchase. Delivery was super quick, our property was respected and the gent who delivered and set up with Chris was brilliant. Even weeks after delivery we are able to message Escape with any questions/uncertainties which we have regarding chemicals and running the tub. Overall brilliant company and super happy customers. From start to finish, the escape team have been absolutely faultless. I’ve been in the Market to replace my Hydroquip tub for something a bit more modern, and low maintenance, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I spoke to Ryan initially with their website messaging service, and then I spoke to Sue on the phone. We talked through the various options, and settled on the Sunboro III. The ordering process was all very straight forward and a date planned in for install. It’s worth noting that the team were very flexible with us. We’re having our garden landscaped and didn’t want it installed until the ground work was complete, but also before we installed our decking. A date was agreed and the guys were onsite with us just after 8am (having been on the road since 4am!!). Matt and Carl who installed the tub were consummate professionals. Their customer service was spot on and they answered all of my questions and have me some great tips to ensure longevity out of the tub and accessories. If you are reading this, and your are in the Market for a hot tub, look no further. Escape absolutely ticked every single box for me.
