Was looking for somewhere to get a coffee when we arrived in Blackpool and the vast amount of shops that were closed (either due to the season or family reproductive cycle). Quick search on Google maps brought up various places, but thankfully we found this place first. Ordered a Late, Peppermint Hot Chocolate and two toasted tea cakes. Very polite staff, clean premises. You weren't made to feel like you had to drink up and get out and we're allowed to wait and chill. I can see this place being brilliant for day tripping families for them to sit eat and get warm. The staff are Uber polite and cannot do enough for you. So please ignore Starbucks & Costa who are just autonomous places who want you in and out and go to a place that cares about you. Keep up the good work Cookies

Not a cheap place. I had Americano but needed to add so much water and milk to make it palatable, cost £3-25 only mug size available. Watched others enjoy their food order but I refrained from spending any more. Staff very pleasant and helpful and the premises very clean. Toilets are to be found upstairs so very difficult for disabled customers but also very clean.

We found cookies while walking about looking for somewhere to sit down with a coffee and slice of cake.Cookies were very busy and a fast-paced service to keep up with the demand of customers. The place was very clean and tables cleared as soon as they became empty. The service was very friendly and a great atmosphere all round.Coffee and cake was delicious as there is such a wonderful choice of cakes and pastries to choose from. With a menu of various meals, also and at an affordable price.

The flavour of the £4.50 chocolate milkshake tasted Devine when I visited on the 4/12/23. It had a lovely strong chocolate flavour. Sadly the milkshake wasn’t ice cold. Milk felt room temperature. It would have been a flawless milkshake had they of used ice cold milk. Wouldn’t order it again just because I don’t want room temperature milkshakes.

Lovely breakfast, nice fresh and tasty! Nice and clean inside and maintained to a high standard. Caramel frappes were really good, as was the caramel shortbread! Served by Laura who was very friendly and puts a smile on your face everytime.

The food was lovely and so were the staff. Highly recommended. Cooked breakfast and my egg was perfect.Just be aware the toilets are up a flight of stairs but there is a handrail.

When we visit Blackpool we tend to lunch in Cookies.Lovely clean cafe with good food and service. We were able to order a full breakfast even though it was after 1pm because they weren't too busy (due to it being a very a cold January afternoon)Everything cooked spot on (should have baked beans on it too but neither of us wanted them). They do a good coffee too but we had tea this time.A little on the pricey side but very enjoyable. They do a children's menu also.Wheelchairs can get inside the cafe but the toilets are up a big flight of stairs. We'll be back for sure.

Myself and my friend ,we had a roast beef with soute red onion and a handful of chips, I tried to cut my bap but couldn't get through the beef it eas so tough just I couldn't even break it with my teeth it ended up falling apart completely, the chips were umm ok had better,so it was nearly full all in all it was a disaster, also I had a cookies card to be stamp and the assistant said it was fake and through it away how could it have been fake ,when it was stamped previously, from one of Yr assistants very disappointed JUNE Dumelow
