An excellent company with great customer service and product deals. I ordered an exhaust heater and although I had waited a few days, within minutes of contacting their team through their online portal they had replied with updates and notification of the delivery. They mentioned that the address had been mixed up by their automated system and had been delivered to the billing address.In normal circumstances i'm sure this wouldn't matter to most people, though Steve and David made sure to resolve this quickly by sending out the order again with first class shipping to my shipping address.Thank you guys for your excellent service, I hope you keep well!

Many thanks to Michael Burgess at Butler Technik for all his help and advice. I have contacted him three times already and each time have felt very positive after. we now have a new Ebersbaecher heater and are now familiarising ourselves with the control panel.

Customer service is great always reply to emails and are happy to help. I was asking about diesel heater accessories and asked some basic questions which got me basic answers. So I got what I needed via email. Great job cheers.

Absolutely brilliant service and support from this company. Their representatives are hugely knowledgeable and are always on-hand to offer support and advice. Remarkable when considering how competitive their pricing is too.

They helped identify a relay for a 2004 french installed webasto water heater. OEM parts (Hella) only available in Israel but their tips lead me to a Lucas SRB502, commonly available in UK for less than half the price. No money in this for Butler Technik but they were happy to help all the same.

Butler Technik solved a huge problem for me by quickly repairing my Webasto AirTop 2000 STC. They arranged for the shipping from Washington state in the US, which took all the hassle out of international shipping, sent me a prepaid shipping label, and it was cheaper than I thought it'd be. They also helped me troubleshoot and decide on the best course of action before the repair, and when they got the unit they turned it around very quickly. I had had a lot of trouble with several rounds of replacing parts in my heater myself and eventually it became pretty frustrating so it was very relieving for the heater to be in such good hands. There are a lot of horror stories out there on the internet about Webasto heaters in van conversions, but with a company like Butler Technik available it gives me a lot of reassurance to continue using this heater. 100% recommend Butler Technik for all Webasto purchases and service.

I needed a metal plate to fix a device to the underbody of my VW. None in Australia so contacted ButlerTechnik in the UK and after only 1 email to Matt at ButlerTechnik I was told item is in stock, can be shipped to Australia and a preferred method of shipping.
