Pros: contactless entry ideal for late at night. Cereal and toast included in the price.Cons: uneasy and unsafe feel. Make and strip your own bed. Dated and tired. Up a steep hill.

Good clean rooms and at a centrally located and convenient location. Excellent and friendly service too. Highly recommended.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I had a very unpleasant experience overall. The whole room and the beds were stinking badly even though the window was open, and guests woke me up at 9am because they were loud, I got in at 4am because I was in Dundee for a gig. I could hear the cars outside also with the windows closed. The location isn't great either because you have to hike up a hill for half an hour to get there from town. Doors were loose at the handles, they didn't have gluten free breakfast options (I have IBS). And the whole thing where you have to make up your own bed and remove bedding in the morning, not ideal. I won't stay there again, that's for sure!

Arriving at the motel and having the heater in the room already on, is something that doesn't happen that often. The service is second to none and you almost feel you are staying in your own home.

As per usual, immaculately clean unit. Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are efficient, friendly and generous with their time and helpfulness. Pepper, lovely addition!

We enjoyed staying there. It's clean, all utilities are available and everyone is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going again when we visit one day.

I don't normally do reviews but this Motel deserves it and the room we had was fantastic.

Booked for 1 night 2 weeks ago. Couldnt even access the property with supplied pin code. Ended up paying £ 217 for a premier inn in st andrews. Never going to book Airbnb again. Phoned the owner several times but wouldn't reply. No stars if i could . Not a nice area to visit and too far out of town.

The electric door lock at the main door has been found not working properly, TV with no cable connection.
