Great service from Steve, the car was delivered as per with a bouquet of flowers for my wife. the car was cleaned again on our drive by Steve before he left and he had time to explain everything we needed to know, he sorted out all the paperwork when we transferred our number plate over as well, Thankyou.

Bought a Skoda Citigo Monte Carlo from Piers and Steve a few weeks ago now for my son.I looked around the country at various cars and I have to say that they have some lovely genuine cars on the forecourt with all the paperwork intact.No glossy, flashy swanky showroom ... just a genuine garage. Two non-pushy, caring and decent guys who have been great to deal with all along and answer any queries pretty much instantly.Can't fault them at all and would recommend you go and have a look.I travelled with my son from Yorkshire and was more than happy.

We purchased a lovely motor from this company 2 weeks ago, to our horror on saturday it sprung a cooling system water leak, it turned out to be just a hose.clip that had come off but coolant was leaking everywhere and we feared the worst. The car was collected 9am Monday and delivered back to us by 4.30pm that same day. Well, what can I say, absolutely top notch service and I couldn't believe it.. of I could give these guys more stars I would! (I guess we did purchase the extended 12 month warranty which definitely is advisable) Steve we are so grateful for all you do, top man, very efficient and keep up the great work!

Me and my partner brought a Fiat 500 for her daughter's first car which was a great price and in VGC. The service was excellent, very friendly and hepful. They even brought her daughter s bunch of flowers which was a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend Rochford cars as very well run family business. We purchased an Audi TT from Steve, I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience we have had. Steve is informative and attentive without being pushy at all. He bent over backwards to accommodate us viewing the car (I work all over the UK and made viewing it difficult). Once purchased we had a small issue with the bonnet pull snapping (common issue with the TTs) and Steve got the matter resolved within a day. Cannot recommend his company enough.Thank you so much Steve for our fabulous new car.

I have dealt with many second hand car dealers in my time (last 40 years) and I can honestly say this was my best buying experience, you will struggle to find a fairer car dealer in my opinion.I bought a nearly new Skoda Octavia from them back in June 2016 at a fair price and got top book for my part chop. Highly recommended!
