Hoath House Kent

We as a family had such amazing time together at Hoath house. Especially thanks to Harry who helped us book it. Also to the lovely lady that is the housekeeper there ! I hope you and your newborn baby are well. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, cutlery is provided, lots of fridge space, pool and table tennis available, wifi, swimming pool, bbq and logs for fire. What more would you want ?

It was the perfect wedding location, with a beautiful house and gardens. We loved that our family could stay on site and the facilities, including the swimming pool, were superb. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional weekend stay as wedding guests at Hoath House. It is a stunning setting, a beautiful manor surrounded by wonderful gardens and wide views across the countryside. Our room in the house was most comfortable, the team hosted us with warmth and attention - really couldn't have hoped for better.

Such a beautiful house and the grounds in which it sits are stunning. The layout of the rooms is really family friendly and the kitchen so well equipped. The bedrooms are all really comfortable with amazing views over the gardens. We enjoyed our stay so much and were really sad to leave.

We had a wonderful wedding weekend after Hoath House. The house itself is beautiful and accommodated many family and friends. The marquee was well equipped and simple to rent which saved a lot of time. The grounds were stunning and our photographer was so excited as we're our guests. Harry is a credit to Hoath House - he worked tirelessly and helped to make our weekend special!

My husband and I held our wedding at Hoath House and had the most incredible weekend. Harry was supportive, calm and helpful all the way through our year of planning which helped us to create our perfect day. We had family and friends staying on site for the whole weekend which was an unforgettable experience. Everybody loved their rooms, the house, the gardens and the pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and highly recommend!

We stayed at Hoath House for our friends’ wedding and had a marvelous time! Our room overlooked a wooded segment of the grounds and was incredibly comfortable. We were permitted to explore the Tudor side of the House before we left, which was charming and well-maintained. The gardens were well-kept and lovely. Would absolutely visit again.

Gabriele and I had a very happy and fabulous wedding at Hoath House and so did our guests!With a large contingent of family flying in from overseas, the spacious genteel Tudor splendour of Hoath House suited our needs perfectly in enabling everyone to stay together insitu for a full weekend, and to easily get to nearby Gatwick afterwards. Hoath House, with its lovely spacious gardens nestled in Kent countryside, also provided the ‘Wow’ factor that we felt our long-distance travellers deserved.Our journey started approximately 5 months earlier when we met Harry - Wedding and Events Manager at Hoath House - for an impromptu tour and briefing. Both of us liked Harry’s communication and engagement approach and we quickly felt comfortable and confident that our particular wish-list would be met if we were to proceed. And so it was.Throughout the planning and preparation Harry maintained consistent patience, keeping it simple yet flexible, and responding promptly to our many questions, adapting to changes, coordinating with the wedding registrars, accommodating our preferences for room layouts, handling room bookings with ease and also recommending and engaging seamlessly with our wedding caterer Stephanie from Leave it to Us. Significantly we felt also that our wishes were accommodated without commercial pressures and were met without breaking our budget. When Harry told us Hoath House was effectively ‘ours’ for the weekend we didn’t quite comprehend what he meant, but it really did feel that way, having the entire run of the gardens, the kitchens, guest accommodation and leisure facilities on the premises.The accommodation (effectively self-catering,) was clean, fresh and tidy, comfortable and ample for our many guests’ needs. We particularly appreciated the architectural splendour, and contrast of the old (in Hoath House and the Tudor Wing), and modern look (in Batts Barn and Little Batts)The weather in October could have been a problem for an outdoor ceremony but we felt that Harry really went the extra mile to maximise our chances of an outdoor wedding ceremony, which indeed we did have thanks to his planning and willingness to use the short window of sunshine and blue sky that appeared, for which we’re so grateful for.The wedding breakfast at Hoath House's main hall was beautifully set, with round tables and décor. Stephanie's culinary skills, paired with the expertise of the serving team, ensured that the wedding breakfast was exceptionally delicious.This was followed by an evening reception of dancing revelry and amusement. Harry and Tom provided an excellent bar service, also laying on two casks of fine local ale which was much appreciated. It felt great not to have any concerns about curfews or noise abatements and we were able to party on into the small hours.All in all our experience at Hoath House surpassed all our expectations for our wedding and has left us fantastic memories. We would highly recommend it based on our joyful time there.Geoff & Gabriele

We had our wedding at Hoath House and it was absolutely fantastic! The grounds are beautiful and we loved having so many friends and family to stay and having the freedom to bring in our own suppliers for different parts of the wedding (although Hoath House also gave us some excellent recommendations). Both Harry and Richard were super helpful on the day and leading up to it. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
