Brilliant Experience with Yourstyle Leisure!. I advertised my Motorhome privately, as I thought it would sell. I had four calls which all came from Brokerages. I listened to all three. Two of the brokerages offered a fair price but wanted my Motorhome to stay on my drive while it sells. The third call was from ‘TOM’ this nice salesman was offering a similar service but the Motorhome is placed on their forecourt, plus the agreed price was higher than the rest, this option suited me best. We delivered our Hymer Exsis-t 688. Within 7 weeks it was sold. Tom did a great job with correspondence and was always there to help. I must say we are super happy with the service we have received from day one. We bought a 5yr old Lunar Alaria in fantastic condition in July that we are delighted with. We spoke mainly with Louis & Neil and both went above and beyond to talk us through all the bells & whistles on this hi-spec caravan. We visited the van twice before we decided to buy, the second time we had a thorough walkthrough with Louis who advised us what they would do to prepare the van post delivery, they even arranged delivery to our site for us at a very reasonable cost. The checklist they go through is very thorough and comprehensive and they agreed to do a few other things we requested with no problem at all. There was no pressure to buy and Louis's knowledge is fantastic.The team clearly know their stocklist and must constantly have to update their knowledge with all the new gadgets and gizmos the caravan builders install. As well as a physical walkthrough showing us the water system, gas system etc. we also received excellent videos on how everything works which is very useful. Neil was most helpful again once we'd taken delivery of the van when we rang to ask further questions. Overall the customer service was excellent and when we're ready to upgrade to a newer campervan next, Yourstyle Leisure will be the first place we will go to. Thank you very much indeed for an extremely painless purchase and making the visits such fun, we would highly recommend.

I can't afford to do a 40 grand gamble.Not sure if I will visit here again.UP DATE 02/08/23I've since had several calls off the owner trying to call me a liar and trying to threaten me with the police I personally would avoid this so-called dealer at all costs. He clearly can't take any form of criticism look how he reacted with all his low reviews basically telling them they are wrong.Says something about the professional standards you don't receive here

My father was pushed into leaving a £6000 deposit on a camper van at this dreadful dealership he changed his mind on the vehicle after checking out the previous keepers and questioning water damage on interior of vehicle. There was no mention on paperwork that was signed for vehicle that the deposit was non refundable. When asked for deposit back Jonathan the owner hid away behind the scenes but was very cocky on the phone insisting the deposit wouldn’t be returned. He even arranged to meet us but instead called the police absolutely disgusting behaviour avoid this company at all costs !!!!!

Stole my deposit sold the van to someone else just before we completed on our house sale and then told me he was keeping the deposit for storage charges for a vanThat was in his yard the entire time avoid like the plague he’s a thief do not put down a deposit he doesn’t know what it means you can’t keep part of someone’s deposit if you sell the product to someone else no stars

Absolutely amazing Customer Service! We purchased a caravan from another local dealer, which was found to have damp. Unfortunately we were quoted thousands to have it put right. We approached Louis at Yourstyle Leisure, who fixed the problem for a very minimal amount, going above and beyond. Hence this is why we have just purchased our new caravan from Yourstyle Leisure.L Leisure.

Highly recommended! :)We bought our first motorhome from them last weekend and we love it!I was recommended to Yourstyle Leisure by a friend who had bought from them before and I have to say that the service has been excellent. Highly knowledgable about their product and the purchase of our motorhome went without a hitch. Collection and handover was good, including Helen's video guide which was very useful.We identified a few (very minor) issues on our first trip out (broken handle on one of the skylights, slightly bent leg on the pullout bed and a couple of other minor bits and bobs) but one phone call to Mollie and Helen in the office and they are booking it in to have these little bits sorted without question.These guys are fair-priced, honest and transparent. I would recommend them to anyone - particularly if you are looking to buy your first motorhome - as they made the whole process easy.

We received a random phone call from Tom at ‘YourStyle Leisure’ offering to purchase our motorhome we had for sale Offering slightly less than what we were looking for. we had had it for sale online for 2 weeks and had so many time wasters. So we negotiated a price with Tom which they accepted. He instantly paid a deposit to show his commitment and reserve it. We took the motorhome to him to view and he accepted it. He didn’t try to haggle Or knock the price but we didn’t have the log book so they guided us through the process to get a log book which came a couple of days later and we took the van to them and they paid the money immediately. We wish we got the call 2 weeks prior. If you are looking to sell a motorhome go to these guys. Nice people great price. Saves you from meeting people who say they are going to turn up and don’t. All done within an hour and also we dealt with Jonathan the owner, what a nice honest man. Genuine people10/5 stars. Also they have some great stock in there which we will be returning to when we buy our next motorhome. Highly recommended. Thanks YourStyle!

We bought our autocruise stargazer a couple of months ago. Yourstyle leisure were great to deal with and they were very helpful answering any questions we had. Everything was fully explained and when we came to collect our motohome Helen spent plenty of time going through a thorough checklist and explained how everything works. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. We are really happy with our motohome and would like to thank Helen and all involved in making our first purchase an easy process.
