Me and my partner honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say about hook vets. We signed up with them earlier this year for our kitten and can safely say we have had an extremely positive experience. All the staff are very welcoming and you can tell they all genuinely care about animals and the individual welfare for your pet. Highly highly recommend.

Hook vets Bell Meadow Rd. Have just taken my cat, Dusty to the vet as she was poorly. I can highly recommend them. They explain the treatment clearly in laymen's terms and also give an estimate of costs. They treat u and yr pet with courtesy and respect

We couldn't be happier with Hook vets , all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to make our visit run smoothly. I have a slightly nervous dog who doesn't like his vet visits ,but the staff are so good at making him feel more relaxed and happy ,they are so patient.

Ever since we have been clients at Hook vets, they have been superb. They offer a friendly, welcoming service, the vets are thorough and ooze competence and the vet nurses and reception staff are outstanding. Most importantly, everyone puts the animal first. Thank you for your outstanding service.

The whole team are amazing and everyone cares. Our Alife is treated so well he pulls to go in when we walk past on our walks.

I would highly recommend Hook Vets, my dog is always treated with the utmost care and understanding despite being a bit challenging at times, I always receive a quick response to enquiries and I know he will receive the best care from them. Thanks too all the team there.

Wrong advice resulting in unwanted litter of puppies. Staff not able to answer very simple ,basic questions,such incredibly unreal fees, making it impossible for ordinary people to care for their pets. All about profit, not animals. Reception staff friendly enough, quite nice really, shame about the the rest. No compassion for animals .

Our friends recommended the Hook Veterinary Centre, saying it is the best in every way and they were absolutely right. It was our first time visit today. We took Sox, our 3 months old kitten for his follow up vaccination. We had a warm welcome on our arrival, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and professional. During the vaccination they treated Sox with utmost care, making sure he is comfortable giving him lots of love and cuddles. You can tell they really care for the pets and help whenever they can.Thank you very much Maria, Becky and Bethan, we are very satisfied clients and Sox is a very happy cheeky kitten.
