Excellent service provided by Foysol and his team. It was a party wall award for a single storey extension, being set up with a very difficult neighbour. What should have been a simple award ended up taking just over 3 months to finalise. All down to the neighbour and his appointed surveyor causing major delays and disputes on the wording of the award. Unfortunately 3rd surveyor involvement was called upon, common-sense followed by the adjoining owners surveyor and eventually the award was finalised.Foysol is very knowledgeable , explains clearly on phone calls, and kept me informed on the progress. Extremely reasonable fees considering he had spent alot of time on this award.He's a star, would 100% recommend him for all of your award matters, I pray no-one gets a time-waster neighbour such as ours.!
