I’m giving them a two overall because I planned to have my 30th birthday party at the VIP bowling part, but they couldn’t do food or allow me to bring just a birthday cake in. Nobody was around asking whether we wanted drinks whilst we were VIP bowling. Wanted to give a one review rating but there was a lady who was blond haired at the top floor who was quite helpful. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Pins social club! Please get more staff like her; who are helpful, willing to make customers happy. Also it was good live music, we enjoyed that.To conclude, if you want to go there for a party don’t do it. But if you want to go for dance and drink without care for good customer service. Then Pins social club is the place to go for that.

Really good place to have dinner. You can play bowling, ping pong or some other options.Good beers and good service. The good is good but can be better that’s why I don’t give 5 stars here.

Really good pizza, crust is really big and some was burnt otherwise thisd be 5 star. Pizza doughnuts were nice, big portions. Pepperoni pizza was great, buffalo pizza was ok, good level of spice but would've been nice with more sauce and some seasoning on the crust.

We had an amazing time here! The place is huge, plenty of tables and or space at the bar so enjoy your drinks and food either before or after some games. We booked two lanes and went with some friends from work, great bonding activity compared to the boring meals somewhere else. They also have a pool table.Food was good as well, and so were the cocktails – which are £5 each at the moment, if you go during happy hour.

Great venue with numerous activities, including 10-pin bowling, pool and table tennis.Service always good and atmosphere at the weekend is good. Food is above average, but you don't go to a venue like this food top quality food. With bars on each floor, the rooftop bar is by far the best.Well located on Duke St, it comes well recommended.

Went for a work night out. Had a table on the rooftop where there's not really a bar worth talking about, in that you can't go and get a drink at the bar unless you like standing in a larger than normal queue. It's set up to be app based, which would be fine, if drinks were actually served in a timely manner, which they're not. Waiting 20 minutes after ordering via the app for one round of 4 drinks (no fancy cocktails, just 2 beers and two rums).Drinks are expensive for the level of service. Food was alright, quicker than the drinks to be fair and was good but that's more on the vendors who are franchises rather than Pins own staff. Wouldn't go again if I had the choice.

Amazing place, lovely efficient staff. Our server Jack was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we all had drinks etc.Food was amazing if not slightly unusual as it was a Christmas dinner but a help your self buffet style which is a little strange in a really busy bar but saying that, the food was bloody amazing!!!!Can't thank everyone enough for making our night so great.Side note, to the ginger barman, you make a wicked Old Fashioned!!!

EDIT - I visited for Alpine village and I am so shocked how the 5 star venue I visited In the day time became so disappointing in the evening.First of all the advertising for the alpine village is so unclear, they state you can go from the roof to the games floor and play games - well you can’t it’s all blocked off and you still have to book. Fine by us, we tried and they were fully booked for every single activity. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but why not advertise and make it clear you need to book separately. Secondly what is advertised is not what you get…The roof that is advertised as having markets and mulled wine etc was unremarkable. The decor was pretty but there were no markets and their tiny heaters barely keep you warm. When we first arrived mulled wine was unavailable I asked a member of the staff and they told me it’s just heating up and will be on in 10. 30 minutes later I ask again and they say 15 minutes. An hour later we Are freezing and give up waiting when it seemed there were no staff serving hot drinks other than hot chocolate. So we went to the bar downstairs. Staff were rude and we waited 20 minutes to be served at the bar. We ordered the Christmas cocktails - which were advertised online but weren’t on their actual menu??? When we finally had our drinks they were nothing special, too sweet and not enough alcohol. We were hoping to spend all night at the alpine village but it just isn’t interesting enough!Original review:Amazing place! We played bowling, sat in the bar for drinks and then had food at Roccos. Loved how everything was in one place, the atmosphere and vibe is so good! The Food at Roccos was a Little pricey but still worth it!
