Abysmal Company. Been waiting on a repair that they told me would be 2 weeks, for close to 6 months. Never have the decency to get back to you, I always have to do the chasing. Told it's in stock, then told it's been sold to someone else, stuck in China, then stuck in USA, then it wasn't on the delivery from the manufacturer. Totally unhelpful

I was advised to contact Broad Paul Fitness solutions by the manufacturer of my treadmill after it broke outside of the warranty period. All I wanted was to see if it was cost effective to have it repaired or whether it made more sense to get a new one.I've spoken to them 3 times and each time I've been told they would get back to me the next day about costs. Every time I've then heard nothing back - why is is so hard for a company to just call back when they say they will? Even if they had said it wasn't a big enough job for them I would have understood. However, being told I would receive a call back 3 times and then hearing nothing is frankly unprofessional and tells you all you need to know about a company.I have since ordered a new treadmill, from a different company obviously

My treadmill had a fan replaced by PBFS which was a success (Phil was a superb engineer) organised by iFit, I then found out they could also move fitness equipment (which was great as I needed my treadmill moving) - however it took over 3 weeks of trying to get their 'customer service team' to get a quote or a date in the diary. It's quite frankly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went with another company.

Very happy with the service from Paul Broad and from the manufacturer. Went out of their way to accomodate my limited availability to rectify the faults on my cross trainer. Paul arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. A very pleasant and professional man. Would definitely recommend.

POOR COMMUNICATION & INADEQUATE REPAIR. This company won't get back to me. We had to use this company as we had a Nordic Trac Treadmill and Noric Trac informed us this was the only company who could fix our equipment. Sadly after waiting over 8 weeks for the call out (parts were on order), our treadmill is still not repaired and working, even after they decided to replace all parts. (informed us it was best practice).I contacted the office to inform them that the treadmill was still not working and the lady I spoken to was very rude and very unhelpful. I was informed I would get a call back, I did not, 3 calls later and Im still waiting for a call back to rectify the problematic repair they carried out.Now I cannot get hold of the company.I would normally refrain from leaving reviews and give the company the opportunity to rectify any issues prior to posting my personal experience, however sadly, they have given me no other option.I can't tell people to avoid using this company but I hope others take note of my situation and also Nordic Trac equipment if this is there only local service company.

I was recommended Paul Broad by Nordic Track to fix my treadmill after it broke outside of the warranty period. I experienced very poor communication from them throughout. It took weekly/twice-weekly prompts from me to get updates on the order. Then, it took seven weeks for somebody to come out and fix it for us. When they did finally fit a new motor, we found we could've solved our problems all along with a bit of oil, and we didn't need a new motor we'd paid over £400 for.Very unsatisfied throughout, and I'd recommend avoiding this company!

Awesome service.Paul visited today to fix & service my JTX running machine. What a top guy. Clearly knowledgeable (should be after 40 years in the game! Haha). Friendly and professional. Sorted the issue quickly and made sure everything was in tip top order on leaving. Thank you so much. Great service. Will definitely use in the future. Highly recommended.
