Barchester - Parley Place Care Home

A superb care home to visit. The staff are very friendly, attentive. The décor and facilities are fantastic, ensuring that the residents have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon. Much Appreciated Michelle for showing me around and confirming it is all about the superior care your team constantly give. From what I have viewed in the area for my mom, by far the best.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the the centre. The facilities and the staff are lovely and it is new and fresh and has a lovely feel to it.

Thank you to Michelle and the team at Barchester's Parley Place. I attended a networking event last week, both a first class event as well as a stunning care home.Michelle kindly gave us a tour of the newly opened care home, explaining how each area was used. From bedrooms, cinema's to family break out rooms everything had been carefully thought-out and planned.I was most impressed with the Dementia wing, it was obvious that a lot of research and care had been put into this, putting the care of dementia residents 100% front of mind. Including the latest sensory activities to support their daily care.I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and Parley Place.

Admitted my mother here for respite at the end of September. However we were very impressed with the care she has been given and how she has been helped by the staff in settling in.. we decided to make this a lng term arrangement. Staff are so dedicated to her well being and they provide many activities to keep her happy. We are always made so welcome when we visit and have got to know the staff on a personal level. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Parley Place to anyone else who would like full professional care for a relative.

What a beautiful place! The decor is amazing and each room has lovely views. Wonderful communal areas and some lovely thoughtful little finishing touches. I went along to a professional breakfast event as part of my role as a local Charity Administrator and was treated to a tasty breakfast roll along with pastries, fruit and coffee. What a treat! Will be back again soon!

I was attending a networking event at Parley Place Care Home. I was impressed with the environment of the home, the interested nature of the staff towards the residents and how involved they encouraged the residents to be in the event. The food and hospitality was of course incredible and Michelle was personally involved with the organising and relationship building between the networking group and the home. Thank you for a good morning.

Parley Place's monthly Professional Breakfasts are fantastic. Arranged by Michelle and the wonderfully friendly team, there is a good mix of local businesses and entrepreneurs. Lovely food and refreshments. The venue is great, and there's free parking too. All this and it doesn't cost a penny!

Attended the professional breakfast meeting today followed by a tour of the home. Thank-you Michelle for the great breakfast, welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to networked with such a variety of professionals from within the local community.The was a real buzz in the room.Also Thank-you for the tour of your lovely home. The residents I met looked very happy and well supported by the carers. The home has a very relaxing feeling with high standards in decor, cleanliness and attention to detail whilst providing outstanding levels of care.

Excellent networking event. Fantastic breakfast, interesting friendly people. I made new connections with new people. Definitely be back for next month’s event. Fabulous venue and the staff were very welcoming.
