They Don’t listen!When you go to a shop and ask for something you expect to get what you ask for. Well this is now the SECOND occasion the same woman with glasses has ignored what I’ve said and done what she thought. When I ask her to do it properly she tells me no. The last time I ended up with a manicure I didn’t want and on this occasion she’s trying to half give me a pedicure. She’s rude and then proceeds to talk about me in her language. Rude. I will stop coming here-it’s a shame becusde I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Worst nails ever. This review is for their branch in Waltham Cross.I’m sure the girl who did them was probably tired and ready to go home, but unfortunately it showed in more ways than one.The acrylics I have are thick, lumpy in some places and unevenly shaped (a couple nails are noticeably longer than the others).She didn’t take her time to buff the nails properly, or clean off excess dust from the shaping process throughout the session. I don’t even mind that the colours I requested were not the shades I wanted - it’s that she had such an awful attitude and didn’t take ANY time to do a halfway decent job. I left feeling so annoyed and upset that I lost this time and money. I even tried (and failed) at filing down these lopsided tombstones and painting over them myself that evening.The price is average, but honestly, save your money and time and go somewhere else (or buy a £10 pack of press-on nails at Boots and do it yourself!)

So many imperfections, they honestly make me feel sick to look at and I was over charged, I should have noticed at the time but didn't. Extremely disappointed, won't be coming back

A very calming and therapeutic atmosphere. I had never been to this nail salon before but I can now confess that it is one of the best nail salons I have been to. I decided to get a french manicure with a thin gold outline of the white tip which is quite basic, however it was executed very precisely hence the reason I am so in love with my nails. Thanks for completing my prom look.

Went in today to fix the nail. Unfortunately, as you can see, the nail literally is standing out. The more you look at it, the worse it is. Too wobbly (I feel it is coming off already, even though it has been less than an hour), the shape is just OFF, nothing was cleaned off and nails were dried on a desk lamp. Never again. All of the other nails are my natural shape, so it’s so easy to tell which one is bad.

it was my first time going to this place & i will definitely be coming here all the time. i had Amy treat me for a pedi and she was amazing at it, i loved the service i got. she took her time, was very precise with the pedicure and took care of me. She saw i had 2 of my natural nails broken and she went out of her way to fix my nails for me. she was professional and I would go to her again. 10/10 !!! ❤️❤️

Had hybrid lashes done by Ely. Absolutely love them!! Would recommend, will definitely be back. x

I had a manicure a wk ago itWas shellac to go on holiday to Cyprus only on holiday one day and half tHe nail vanish has chips d of now on my 7th day another chip so only having them on 9days I have 2great big chips we’re the shellac has broken away never again will I go here lost a customer

Gifted my elderly mum a pedicure here, and they really took their time. She highly recommends the young man and was so relaxed she nearly went to sleep! Fabulous!

Used to be a good but for some reason it’s gone down hill one of the men did my nails a week later the shellac started to come off I complained and I went in today and mentioned it again and they couldn’t even give me a discount as I ve been going there for years instead they charge for every little thing they do To take of gel they charge other places don’t charge to take off I certainly won’t be going there again I gave them so many chances but they never learn
