I would like to let you know about the fantastic encounter we had with one of your waste technicians Andrew, last week, who was tasked with unblocking and cleaning the portaloos at Falls of Shin Visitor Centre.The toilets were, what I call 'flipflop' clean after he had finished. Sterile and a happy place to perch a derriere after a rainy night camping. He and his right hand mate Harris, were also incredibly friendly and full of sightseeing advice.A credit to your company.
