Staff were welcoming and very accommodating and knowledgeable, a large showroom of many wonderfully designed wallpapers to suite any home or any room, a good selection of paint products were also on offer, also free parking. a very nice range of fires that have been tastefully arranged in the showroom to give you a far better view of what you are looking at and require.

Always friendly and helpful, and plenty bargains in store.

Nice wallpaper but if you buy too many rolls and want a refund then think again. Poor customer service and poor refund policy.

One of the few places in sunderland that caters for home decoration this shop stocks a fantastic choice of wall papers pastes and all manor of needs for decorating your home another part of the decor shop is the sale of fire and fire surrounds items have to be ordered but most orders are completed within the week the staff are very friendly and helpful

I’ve bought all my wallpaper for years from this store, went today to return 2 rolls I was 1 day over return date, I explained I had difficulty getting there due to bus strike and had travelled quite a distance, but was refused a refund. I’m 79 years old. Not very good customer service, will not be purchasing from this store again.

Always a smile and a hello from the staff as you walk in. Very helpful staff a pleasant wallpaper buying experience indeed, love the wallpapers on offer and very good on price.Having recently moved the house was in great need of decorating and the store so close buy absolutely brilliant.

Excellent choice of Wallpapers and most helpful, friendly and professional staff

popped into Discount Decor today and was very impressed ,as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was on hand to help with any thing I needed .I was impressed by the variety of wallpapers they had to suite any taste the colours were fab so much to choose from and the prices were very reasonable the displays are excellent and there was enough room to browse comfortably I chose a couple of styles and was happily given samples she even looked for a specific colour I was after ,so helpful, they have paint, emulsion, paste and accessories a fab space at the back of the store with a lovely display of fireplaces and mirrors . There's a large carpark outside with disabled spaces and it's near the metro I will definitely be back to purchase my wallpaper once I have decided which one to go for. I'm not even going to bother to look anywhere else .

Great place, friendly staff, bought 4 rolls and was told to keep the receipt as any unused rolls can be brought back.

Wanted to return a roll of wallpaper. Asked for a swap as I was buying more. Because I didn't have a receipt I was refused. Totally Unhelpful.Certainly won't be using this place again. Went to Greeners in Chester Road, more choice and very helpful
