London Soft Tissue Therapy

I had a few muscle issues leading up to the london marathon this year and I believe 100% that the whole team at London soft tissue therapy got me to the start line!They are a very professional team and I will definitely be using them again as I continue my running training.

Had a great session with Greg, would definitely recommend and come back. Great bedside manner, and he spent a decent time talking through things before getting started in order to figure out what the cause might be. Greg used a variety of techniques to help treat the issue, from deep tissue massage to dry needling, and I came away feeling much better after. Thanks!

When the NHS didn't help with my spasmed back Greg, of London Soft Tissue Therapy, came to the rescue. Aside from providing professional and considered treatment he also researched in between sessions to help solve the issue, not just treat the symptoms. He employed acupuncture, massage and cupping to treat the issues in each specific place. Knowing that I would get a relief from pain after appointments was the encouragement I needed, and once the problems were finally fixed I continued treatment to prevent reoccurrence. After attending weekly for some while Greg suggested that I didn't need such regular treatment - this was appreciated and displayed his integrity to his profession (and not just a desire to make money). He is a true professional with a great sense of humour who truly puts you at ease (at even put up with me swearing when it hurt!) Very highly recommend.

10/10 would absolutely recommend. Went to London Soft Tissue therapy with ankle pain. Greg was able to solve an issue which had bothered me for months in 15 minutes through acupuncture and massage therapy. Greg is absolutely fantastic at his job and explains in an easy to understand way the cause of your problems, how he is treating it and how to prevent it. Would definitely visit again for any future ailments I will inevitably pick up in the future.
