The Maughan Library
Such a scenic, lovely place to study. Extremely busy during exam seasons.Avoid coming here after 1pm during exam season, after 4/5pm and before 11am is the best place to get a silent study spot.Plenty of space otherwise in the library even during exam season.Only open to university students as far as I know but visitors can ask as this used to be allowed.

This place is one of the most beautiful university library. Ite near from Royal Court and Justice, and Law Society. As a part of Kings College library, Its very big library so please be careful and dont be lost during exploring. There are many book collection i.e. law books, social sciences, arts, economics, and natural sciences. I have exprerienced a 24 hours spending time inside. This library has some facilities such as caffee, private room, reading room, postgrad. room, etc.

This amazing library is part of King’s College, London. The Round Reading Room is particularly impressive. The building was once the headquarters of the public records office and as such was one of the first fireproof buildings. The shelves of the record rooms are made of slate and the building had no heating or fireplaces. It is now the university library.

The Maughan Library
An outstanding architectural gem on this stretch of Chancery Lane. Lovely building details if you stop and cast your eye over the façade of the building. This is a huge library – zillions of books and reading material in various formats. There is strict security at the front desk and throughout the building. Note that there are strict guidelines for eating and drinking inside the study areas, to help to insure the health and safety of all library users and a long life for library collections, furnishings, and equipment. The best time to get a silent study spot is before 11am. Try to avoid coming here after 1pm during exam season.

One of the perfect places in London for studying. Can use the Internet, charge your laptop and concentrate on your work in the very quiet environment. I'll come back.

Awesome architecture and opposite a cool pub too. It's just off Fleet Street and it's one of those places you might never hear about unless you studied at King's College. It is a fantastic library, only accessible for students & alumni, but anyone can see the grounds & exterior.Inside, it's easy to get lost, as well as really tired walking from one section to another if you are hunting for books. The staff are helpful. They have extended hours during exam time.

Students and alumni can use the resources in the library. Teachers are nice and they usually help you if you can’t find a book there. I spent lots of time there as a undergraduate.

Place was very large, ended up getting lost. Reading room was pretty tho and the selection of books available are quite extensive. Plus, can charge phone here and study in private with the study capsules

The Maughan Library
