Nightmare to work with – seriously, stay awayThis company is a disaster to work with. Please stay away unless you have the time, patience and energy of a Saint to deal with them.Over a year ago, I ordered an electric roller garage door and paid deposit, the door was supposed to arrive in 3 months but did not arrive until 6 months late and it was after numerous phone calls and emails.When the door finally arrived, it took the engineers 4 attempts and 2 months to eventually fit it.After the gate was installed, it could not open properly, it only opens and tilts half way from the ground – the engineer said it is just the way it is and we have to live with it.Now the electric gate is not working anymore – we cannot even close it, so I have the door wide open to the street, welcoming anyone at any time into my garden.I called the company immediately and explained the situation asking if they can send someone to fix it and I was told no – they cannot send any engineer any time soon because the engineers don’t work for the company -with no apology or what so ever.I guess it is partially my fault as when I saw the name ‘Garage Door Discounts’ I didn’t realise the discount is actually reflected on the quality of their produce and service, not the price.
