I instructed Nick Giles to complete an independent report for my wife's car. This was due to a dispute of repair that the insurance company did on the car. It was agreed the report would be used for court and Nick was instructed on those grounds to provide a witness report to confirm the damage and poor repair. After paying funds, I noticed Nick had not signed the document and in order for the report to be used in court as evidence. It has to be signed. I numerous times contacted Nick, Left numerous voicemails and messages. Nick completely ignored me. Due to his negligence, I could not use the report for my court case and had my case thrown out of court. Rather than Nick being understanding, he has been rude and abusive towards me and denies he is in any wrong doing. He has wasted my time and Im am in loss due his poor service. He has also admitted to me after I submitted court papers against him. That the report he did was incorrect and not the correct format for court. So not has he only conned me out of money he has not done what he was paid for. Due his negligence and lies I have lost a lot of money. People please don’t fall for this conman, there are a lot of reliable honest people who can do a much better job. Nick is only interested in making money and is a liar. He has now requested payment for £6. Due to his payment was made by PayPal. When he Owes me money. Shame on you. Do not waste your money on this crook. He has also threatened me with court. I look forward to exposing him in court when he is the one who owes me money.

Back in March this year, I was after a Porsche Boxster, and I joined a Facebook owners club, where Nick was heavily recommended to me by users there. It later transpired after the event that Nick was the owner of the said group on Facebook, a fact that I was unaware of at the time of purchasing the inspection.I went ahead and used Nick's inspection service due to all the good testimonials on his own Facebook group. He stated that the car was in good condition and recommended I proceed with the purchase, with consideration given to the points raised in the report. I even spoke to him on the phone and he was quite adamant the car was a good buy and I should go for it. All fair enough so far. When I went to purchase the car from a private owner hundreds of miles away from home, the car didn't quite seem as good as the report suggested, and one thing that was immediately apparent was that the car had the number plate stuck onto an offside square bracket using cable ties. Had I known that I would have been reluctant to proceed. Nick obviously didn't think that was important enough to mention. If this wasn't mentioned, what else wasn't?Nevertheless I had travelled a long way and Nick apparently had a very good reputation so I decided to trust his judgement and proceeded with the purchase; now I admit I'm not a mechanic, so possibly I should have trusted my instincts more, but I felt that was what I was paying him for.Soon after purchase, I started to discover lots of issues not mentioned in the report, such as a damp interior and other minor things, but the worst was discovery of mayo in the coolant cap, indicative of a cracked cylinder head. It was not at all mentioned on the report that he had checked this, and I guess when you looked at the things he checks, he doesn't say that he will check it, but surely at this price any decent inspector would check this?! Surely EVERY issue no matter how minor should be mentioned in the report, otherwise what are we paying for?I then had to get the car checked out at a specialist who confirmed the engine fault, and I was forced to sell the car to a salvage dealer at a huge loss due to having a broken engine that I wasn't able to repair, as I'd spent most of my money purchasing the car. The specialist also found many other issues that Nick didn't mention or spot.I raised it on Nick's forum and the post was deleted by him, as was any other related post. He banned several members who came to my defence. It was quite clear Nick had no intention of resolving this amicably, I felt like his attitude was simply tough"
