I had a tuna melt bagel, which instead of being toasted was microwaved. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but the next morning I had chronic stomach ache and to put it not so delicately explosive diarrhea. I believe it was caused by the microwaving of tuna mayonnaise.

We stopped for a quick bite after shopping at McCarther Glen York. I went for The chicken club, spot on very tasty my wife had the Classic, she enjoyed it. I got meal deal as I was having a drink, bag of crisps, great value. My wife wanted a hot drink so no meal deal, don't understand why hot drinks aren't included in the meal deals. Overall great bite to eat. Staff where friendly and helpful despite the lunch time rush.

normally, the bagel factory is my favourite place to eat. we came here for my boyfriends birthday as a treat and his bagel was almost raw, never touched a toaster in its life, the chicken was sparse and the lettuce wasn’t fresh. avoid!!

I didn't take a picture of the salmon bagel. It wasn't good at all as it wasn't toasted).There was a line of 4/5 people waiting in front and perhaps 4/5 waiting behind but it almost took me 25 min to order and receive my bagel. On a Monday, around 2pm.There was one lady taking orders and one lady who was making bagels (non stop and didn't look up once - over worked and not enough staff).The entire line was grumbling how poor this experience was and could have been prevented with better amount of staff and better service

This was my third visit to this outlet. Once again I was not disappointed.The bagel was well prepared and tasty.The staff were friendly and helpful.Was offered a meal deal to reduce the cost of my order unprompted. Thanks.Next time I am back in York, I will revisit the Bagel Nash outlet.Highly recommended.

The wife and I fancied something different for change whilst shopping. We decided to stop here and get a bagel and it was one of the best I've tasted. The price of the meal deal was good value for money and the wait for food wasn't too long either.

Don’t get me wrong, the bagel was delicious, but the place itself is so poorly run. Waited about 15 mins for one bagel and when the order was called they only repeated the contents of the bagel and several people go up at the same time, very poorly organised.

Do recommend for a quick lunch. Some of the items are not made fresh, and come out of a microwave, so I would stick to freshly made bagels for the best experience. However, can't make iced coffee despite being on the menu- no ice, and no water either, the staff had to open a bottle of water from the fridge and pour it into the cup, not very nice.
