We went there to buy some pans on sale. They were still on offer on the shelves but we were denied the sale price and were told they were full price now even though the price tags said the sale price and the website had the sale price too.The Supervisor" argued with us on the shop floor and so we left the store

Great store but pre Christmas it's like the worst nightmare of the Grinch. Could be worse I suppose it could have been Black Friday weekend as well.......... Agh it was.

Great for homeware, clothing, footwear, gifts etc.Excellent customer service from the young man who served me this afternoon at the till and helped me with the blood seeping from my arm, via the store first aid box.He went above and beyond to help me and bandaged it once it was cleaned.Thankyou so much (didn't get his name)

Absolutely diabolical! 5pm on a Thursday, currently 41 people in the que and only TWO staff on the tills! Been waiting 20 minutes so far and still only half way there! Dumping our trolley and leaving it! Oh now there is only ONE staff member at the tills! Unbelievable! Best is its not a one off either!

It has a mixture of items for sale, with it being a Asda Living.Including:-Clothes for females (downstairs) males (upstairs) Children and babies (upstairs)-Cosmetics and personal care products-Cookware and bakeware/food preparation equipment, such as cooking pots, pans, cooking tools.- Tableware & Dinnerware- Towels- Bedding- a range of small cooking appliances eg toaster- Cleaning items eg sprays, cloths, brushes etc.- Candles- Light bulbs- batteries- Electricals- Gardening tools- BBQs- Outdoor tables and chairsThese are, all a few of the items, available.Easy accessibility for wheelchairs, prams.A lift is available. Located at the back of the store.Disabled parking is available directly out side the store.NO toliets are available at this store.The cues can get very long for the checkouts.Unfortunately they stopped using the self scan machines upstairs.

Ridiculous queues midweek, I'd never ever go in at a weekend. No where near enough tills for the size of the store, why not add self service tills?

Friendly staff and good service but shop could do with a bigger range of electrical items and should include more items like house hold paints and furniture.
