Great service from Jai Electronics. My TV fault was promptly diagnosed and repaired with a guarantee. There is a loading bay outside the shop which is a bonus given the location on the busy high street. Will use again and happy to recommend.

This business is a real hidden gem. I am a hugely fussy customer with high standards. Jai Electronics did an amazing job on my old record player/stereo. They were reasonably priced and the unit now works fully again. We need more small businesses like this around the UK. Definitely recommend and will be utilising their services again in the future. I received a fast, efficient and personalised service. Jai's wife told me he has been repairing TVs for over 40 years. No wonder he discovered the problem with my TV so soon and was able to repair it quickly. I believe this man to be honest and reliable. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, very happy with the repair of my TV. I was also provided with a replacement TV until mine was fixed. This was a great help as one can imagine how much the kids get bored without a TV at home. 5 stars for Jai Electronics, will definitely use your service in future.

What a lovely shop. I just went with my mums TV and it was fixed in 20 mins. Such a lovely experience to feel like there are still honest people to help in London. The owner has run the place for 45 years - amazing.
