I have left the garage wishing i had never booked my recall in with them. Took my car in for 2 recalls, aircon and airbags. Had to leave it with them for 1 extra day as the full dashboard needed taken out. Received the car back with engine fault, headlights turning on and off, speakers popping and the new aircon squeaks and whines as its starting up... rang the garage and they said they will book me in for a diagnostics which I'd have to pay £150 if the issues are not to do with the recall... tbh I shouldn't have to pay for a diagnostics at all. The garage should provide that complimentary to prove that it wasn't them that caused the issue. I don't have £150 spare and can't afford to take that risk. Poor customer care if you ask me as I'm now left with a load of issues on my car (which otherwise had no issues prior)I feel like I should have never took my car to this garage for the recall and if a customer leaves feeling that way then i think its fair to say there has been a failure in service somewhere

Excellent customer service. Staff in garage were all very friendly and accommodating. Nice coffees and christmas mince pie. Car was in for safety recall. Explained situation to staff I needed to remain mobile (due to work and other reasons). Staff sorted courtesy car very easily and hassle free so that I remained mobile. Received my car back with complimentary free visual checks, complimentary clean and work carried out in time for Winter months. Thank you very much and to Danni. Recommend this garage for customer care and works

Great dealership! Enquired about a car and discussed with the sales advisor, and despite us being vague and unsure of what car we wanted, we were helped every step of the way.Ended up getting a totally different style of car, and couldn’t be happier with it!It literally looks brand new and runs like a dream! The sales advisor was super knowledgeable and not pushy at all, let us make decisions and allowed us to chat.Special mention to Gary who went above and beyond to help us get a great car. The manager also made sure to come and chat to us and make sure we were happy.Will definitely be back (in a few years!)

BMW had lloyd motors replace the dashboard of my 6month old X5M under warranty. The first 2 images show the state of the courtesy vehicle I received while my vehicle was in for repair (sorry but I can’t bring it back while you hoover it out!).The other images are of my vehicle after the repair.Dashboard replaced very poorly, door panel scratched, chassis number now missing from dashboard.To quote their service manger (Before my repair) ‘We look after all vehicles the same regardless of valve’ my vehicle cost well over 100k……….

Where do I start... I traded in an absolutely lovely 2019 BMW 335d xdrive in 2022 for a 2019 430d Coupe in 2022. Not too long after owning the car I became aware the lacquer was peeling off at different points on the front of the car. I spoke with Lloyd and they happily took the car in and rectified it. Obviously this had been done before because there was overspray on the door seals.Fast forward several months and one morning I notice a line on the roof of my car. Concerned the car had been damaged somehow overnight I took the car to Pulsar Body Tech near sneaton. The chap informed me That line is going to turn into a crack

I am someone who never complains about anything, and i never have. But unfortunately feel i need to submit this review.So car was booked in for EGR recall, dropped off, job done, called back… spot on. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside my power its hard to get a lift over to the garage (12 miles) so it sat for a few days after work carried out (not an issue). So work was done monday, was available to get a lift on the thursday after 6 (closing time), so on my out and abouts with work, thought ill pop in, get the key and move it across the way and collect it later as the garage shuts at 6 and the gate will be closed. Popped into the show room, tells the lady the script, ideally she wanted me to come back on the weekend not tonight incase i get a ticket over the way (appreciated this) but again weekend was a bit hassle for myself and that night would have been perfect. Anyways said okay i will just get it tonight, so was asked to pop out the front and it will be brought round, 25 mins out the feont, and various trips round the car park…. The vehicle couldnt be found? Waited 30 mins till i had to go back inside say to the other lady, that i had to go, cause i was technically on works time and an employee with me. Just forget it, i will come back at the weekend.Saturday rolls round, again struggled getting transport over but managed to get into town, walk up to the dealer. Explained again why i was in ect, was told to take a seat. 20 mins pass and i was informed… they simply cannot find my key ATALL, even had to google the keyring i had on the keys. I honestly thought i was going to have to leave AGAIN, told the gentleman it was X Lady in X desk/seat.. which he called and fortunately told him.. my key was in the safe which he didnt know the code to originally. So really, if it wasnt for me… i would have probably left empty handed again.As above, i am not someone to complain ever, its not a point the finger at any particular staff member atall as i can imagine they are all great, but i was just a bit disappointed with the total service i received. Genuinely felt a bit amateurish and something i would expect at Fiat, not BMW.Again, the car is due a service currectly, but i am really reluctant atall to bring it here again because of that reason plus another. The other being, i was told the car had a health check, passed flying colours ect ect, which i can tell you now.. wasnt worth wasting the ink on the paper. The rear discs and pads are finished, the offside front tyre inner is finished, so how is this flying colours? Who’s looked at this? Just such a shame as both myself and father have been customers here, and i know its not the BMW Standard.

I would fully recommend my experience to family and friends.This was a very comprehensive service involving replacing break discs, carrying out air bag and cooler recoils as well as a full service program. All to be finished within 1 day.Very easy, as soon as i was put through to operator Sophie Boddy she arranged the service program starting with 8.30 pick up from my home, the service was fixed for the last day of my MOT which was therefor vital everything was carried out as promised.
