Brilliant place! Literally walked off the street with my bike and the mechanic was hard at work but was more than happy to help diagnose and fix mine on the side. Was quite a major electrical fault in the igniton which i never would have found and would have been left stranded in ramsgate. Both guys were great to chat to and the area of bikes and the store/reception area are excellent even just to have a browse. Both went out of their way to help me and got me and my mrs home, will definetly be returning in future....also only charged me half an hour for no appointment and just showing up! Couldn't recommend more

B and R motorcycles are located behind a residential area however they have signs that are located just at the drive way. Very helpful as when I turned up, if i had not seen the signs i would have been lost. The gentleman greeted me kindly and had options for me as the products i was looking for they did not have in stock. He even recommended a rival company, which was surprising and unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for either. They have a garage and were working on a beautiful bike when I arrived. Overall I would recommend them, they know the products, they can sign post you to someone who might have what you're looking for and they are friendly. .

Unless. Allegedly serviced my bike. Or part serviced for the sum of £82 having spent £131 on a crash helmet. So far so good.I was told the bike was “sound” just needed “tweaking” and the cosmetic which was a separate issue. The bike has not been the same since.How they missed that the manifold had split/eroded and was in urgent need of replacing, the fuel filter needed replacing, the oil needed changing and the silicone seals had all gone. The list I’m will to show anyone is ridiculous. How that qualifies as “sound” I don’t know. Terrible. I was honest and open with the guys and told them I knew nothing about bikes. I was in desperate need to get on the road and was concerned about its safety having fallen off it.I feel they took this to their advantage. Never again. I will happily provide the full report from the mechanic used. Including a diagnostics, videos and written report. On request.

Top guys, friendly, best work around great prices and loads of bikes to tempt me! Have all the work done on all my bikes there and always pleased with the work and the prices. Well stocked and very knowledgeable team. Great for a chat while looking at all stock. Could not recommend them highly enough. Go see Barry and the team to keep you on the road.

The guys at B and R were really down to earth guys who knew there stuff and were really great to talk to they helped me with my mutt checked it over but didn't force me to do anything i felt really relaxed and they sorted my bike out within a couple of days and for a good price too allot less than what i was expecting i highly recommend them and i will be using them in the future cheers guys

I've already got a review on here but I'm going to use my other account to put one on as B & R motorcycles are now my go to mechanics. If you are uncertain about where to take your bike then give these guys a call as they are a great family run business. Every time I ride away from here after I've had work done my bikes feel better....that confidence when you are on the road is priceless

Was having no luck getting my bike fixed including at the dealer, no one wanted to know. These guy arranged collection within 2 days and had it fixed within 24 hours, won't be using anyone else from now on

Just been into b&r .it's a great shop with with a great selection of bikes bits and clothes. The owner was extremely kind and took time to show me around and have a good chat sharing his knowledge even tho he was busy when I walked in. definitely recommend
