Without Morgan's help, my new gym program would never have lasted, due to being prone to injury because of poor mobility, stability and unawareness of why I was getting repeat injuries.As well as the sports massages, I am now able to actively improve by following the bespoke exercises given to me by Morgan that I can do to further improve my specific injury, mobility, stability and bad posture after a decade working an office job and not addressing past old injuries properly.Highly recommend!
