Had a horrible experience by member of staff old lady with glassrs short, very aggressive and no customer service at all. Very weird behaviour and honestly left me feeling she just had issues with people of colour. Ugly customer service ethic.

Amo questo grandissimo negozio qui ad Oxford una grandissima farmacia dove possiamo trovare medicinali da poter comparare senza ricetta a prezzi veramente stracciati come per esempio il moment qui troviamo ipobrufene che è identico a meno di una sterlina,tantissimi prodotti per la cura.del corpo e capelli dai prezzi più modici a quelli più cari.Vastissima scelta di profumi con buonissime offerte visitatelo!!!

I like going to the boots store as it is my favorite shopping place to go to and buy items which I needed and also the staff are just brilliant and helpful to people when they need to find items or order the items on line

Lady there was very aggressive as said we don't accept screen shot of boots Advantage card as it can be used fraudulently even though other boots accept it. The ladys body language was very aggressive and I felt it was due to being asian.

Boots inside Cowley precinct. Incredibly helpful staff on duty today (9 Dec '21). Both went out of their way to help and offer advice to me and try and locate items not on display and I noticed to 2 other people too, sometimes dealing with more than 1 customer at the same time. A credit to Boots at last which is more than can be said of other local Boots stores. Thank you.
