nice halls and decent sized rooms, however the water in the taps is very tepid and disgusting to drink. The rooms are also extremely hot on the top floor but a fan kind of sorts it out.

Apartment was good residence looks nice area okay. Security guard when leaving a bit of a nuisance expected people to walk over 100m with students belongings across the entrance way road. Saying the other person they allowed was disabled then another 2 cars pulled in I guessing they where disabled too can happen.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. It is well set up for students, but not so good for older guests.. There is no parking on site and you are told to park at Canterbury East railway station (5 minutes walk). The bedrooms are very clean, but the beds are small doubles, with a very squeaky frame. Petros Court is well situated for exploring Canterbury.

Rooms have no AC. There are serious maintenance issues with the 6 washers and dryers (yes there are only 6) in the laundry room. The inconsistent and asinine procedure surrounding the staff's enforcement of kitchen cleanliness seems like a money making scheme and serves little or no benefit to the residents. The fire alarms have gone off at random times (as early as 3 AM) and the staff seems to have no idea how to turn them off. Honestly I feel unsafe in this accommodation due to the lack of logical safety procedures and the mix of inexperience and apathy I have witnessed from most of the staff here.
