Still waiting for them to get in touch with me after waiting a few months and im struggling to live from day to day because of no benefits.

Staff were really helpful and polite

Place should be closed down permanently scored zero on fitness level told to go back to work.Whilst on the strongest pain killers & in continuous pain.

Can never get threw 60mins and still waiting for them to pick up avoid calling

No respect for those that need help so stoped taking meds n monthly check up at docs n hospital to save them time as to pip I have no problems.

Went yesterday, offices were nice, receptionist area spacious. The person taking my report, was nice but I couldn't see a name badge, to let me know who she was and what background she came from, so to me wasn't obvious she had medical background. Was seen on time and wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be. Was under the impression there would be more than one person I would have to see. I did type up some notes, brief background of my condition and bullet notes explaining the problems I have, of which the assessor said she would add to my file. Received text today saying PIP have received my file.
