I have been with this doctors for over 2 years and I highly recommend them.You may have to call a couple of times to get through at 8 am but when you do they offer a call back service. They normally call you back within half an hour.Every doctor I have seen over the last couple of years have been very professional, caring, and thorough.You never have to wait more than ten mins in the waiting room once you have registered yourself in on the screen - they are very speedy with getting you in, and you don’t feel rushed when speaking to the doctors.Also the receptionist are all very well mannered and polite.All lovely people.Thanks again,

Can’t get appointments. Doctors fail to call you when you’ve waited weeks for it. They tell you to use walk in centres instead, as they cannot provide the basic of services.

When my partner attends an interview the practice manager should have the courtesy to let the person know whether they have been successful or not. If the manager cannot handle making the bad news phone calls then at least send an email.It's called being professional.I fully understand you probably get a lot of people applying for jobs & you can't contact everyone, but you should certainly let people know who have attended an interview the outcome instead of them being left in the dark and assuming they have not been successful.

Appalling!!How can you call at 8am & be told by the IVR that no one is available, please call again. Call again when? Just get met with a busy tone or cut off!!Called numerous days over the past 2 weeks, been up to 30 in the queue, wait 40 mins to get through, to be told no appointments, Drs are off sick, call 111 or go to the walk in centre... they are unhelpful, uncaring & completely obstructive! Cant/won't do anything to help, don't listen, don't care! How do they see anyone at all?Needs a complete overhaul of the booking system, it's a disgrace!

Absolutely disgraceful surgery. Not all but some receptionists are rude and antagonising. Systems to call are always having issues so on the phone for 30 mins before you speak to anyone and then never have appointments. The go to saying is go to the walk in centre. No care given at all at this surgery.

This surgery since covid has been absolutly appalling,you can never get an appointment and I have got to say the receptionist are really not much help at all, I had to call them for some results they said I needed to call the hospital to chase them up,they said they was sent 3 weeks ago but sent them again whilst I was on the phone Brill, the surgery then said they still hadn't received them and I needed to call the hospital to confirm the surgery's email address..what are receptionist for????

The kindest healthcare workers I've ever met in my life so far. I've been struggling a lot with anxiety and panic attacks and I felt heard and understood completely, and got introduced to healthier alternatives to benzodiazepines (which are highly addictive). Politeness, clarity and empathy are great values that I got to experience here.

Surprised by the poor reviews especially towards reception staff. They are only doing their job and under difficult circumstances too. I have found them only ever pleasant and helpful. It is not their fault they are so busy and no appointments free that day. Doctor A.Frain is my favourite Doctor she is so understanding and takes the time to do a thorough check up ( hence why she is always behind by an hour ) I had a ladyrecently who was so kind and chatty makes all the difference.
