Yoga with Cat

Cat combines the best balance of disciplined, knowledgeable & spiritual yoga teaching. Well explained & precise detail has enabled me to accomplish so much for my body & mind - my fitness, health, mind & outlook with life. Love her teaching so much!

I have been taught by Cat for several years and she is a very knowledgeable, patient and supportive teacher. Cat makes a huge effort to get to know everyone in her classes and help them to work at their own level. I have also had some bio-mechanics sessions with her for a shoulder issue which is now managed by 10minutes of daily exercises devised by Cat - so no more visits to the osteopath. I recommend her if you want to learn about yoga in full - not just the physical movement but also the mental health aspect. I have benefitted hugely from her classes and she has motivated me to incorporate simple yoga moves into my routine as well as to attend classes.

Cat is truly amazing!I had never done yoga until I met Cat but she is so enthusiastic, encouraging, knowledgeable and friendly that she got me hooked!I now listen to my body and try not to be too hard on myself if I’m not as flexible as others or as I would like to be but under her guidance I have improved and I am able to hold poses I never thought I could.I cannot recommend Cat highly enough, she is a truly lovely person and wonderful teacher.

Cat’s yoga class was so popular and hard to get a space booked, at our David Lloyds SW London club, due to it's huge popularity. If you manage a booking for yourself, you are in for a big treat!Cat is very knowledgeable and precise with her description of yoga poses, and has a special ability to get a whole big class taking part in a uniform manner.At the end of each class, I used to walk away feeling a sense of achievement and positivity.The best teacher & class!

Cat is an excellent yoga teacher especially as she brings her experience of meditation and the importance of the breath for a broader way of teaching yoga beyond just the asanas.

When you find a teacher that is so in tune with body and mind and instills such confidence in their approach, it allows one to safely and fully explore oneself in the practice and Cat is that person. I have enjoyed and felt the benefits of every class I have attended with her - yoga or meditation and cannot recommend her highly enough!

I cannot recommend Cat highly enough! Her knowledge and understanding of the body and yoga are surpassed only by her passion, which is infectious. I've always felt very safe in her classes to either take the softer option, if that's what my body needed or explore how far I could push on stronger days.Cat's classes are a lovely blend of group energy and individual focus.I could go on and on. I’d thoroughly recommend Cat’s classes. I’d tried various yoga classes over the years and just couldn’t get into it. Then, when work was particularly stressful, I thought I’d give it another go and luckily came across Cat. I absolutely love her classes! Not only has Cat got the perfect for voice for leading yoga and meditation, her classes are the perfect mix of physical challenge and relaxation. If your body and mind could do with a little TLC, I’d recommend you give Cat’s classes a go.

Cat is the best yoga teacher I have had. She has a high attention to body alignment to ensure you are getting the most out of the practice. She has taught me to be accepting of my body’s abilities and that has made me enjoy my practice even more.
