UPDATE 05/11/21 - Now revised my star rating to 1 as you cannot seem to give 0 . REASON FOR CHANGE. - Booked my car in when I gave the first review in early October for 09/11/21 for some small bodywork at a nearby paiint shop that recommended this detailing company and as stated below received a verbal quotation and booked car in for full all round detailing work for week commencing 15/11/21. Only today 05/11/21 am I contacted to say they cannot carry out the work due to a single member of staff leaving , supposedly a key element of their capability on paint correction and deatailing. When I first attended their premises I was assured they had a team of 4 experts to deal with all works. I suspect that the cancellation is more linked to a competitive price being given to secure trade for November and now that might not look so interesteng perhaps. I would be very wary of any sales talk given by proprietor and insist on financialy binding commitments if you choose to do business.I give 5 * at present based on my initial visit, the consultation I received , the premises and the general feel about the people I met. They inspected my car and then clearly explained what was available and what the relative costs were. After discussion with Chris the owner and Brandon one of the detailers I arranged a date for the work and will share my experience later in November 2021.

Extremely professional and friendly experience. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable experience, whilst giving a fantastic, detailed maintenance wash to my car, leaving it looking like new! I would most definitely recommend BC2 to all, and will be returning regularly.

I'm more than overwhelmed with the level of service I received from the guys at BC2. There were no delays and the wrap they did on my rolls Royce Cullinan was astonishing. I'll be coming back to them for my next wrap.
