Went to kfc for lunch with my dad, I was looking forward to it, as I hadn’t had kfc for a while. Ordered our meals on the tap screen. No receipt?After we ordered, the food took ages. They wasn’t many orders on the screen, so I was surprised why it was taking too long. When we got our food, I immediately realised that the coleslaw was missing, and after reminding the server he gave us it. No problem, I thought, mistakes happen. Then we sat down, to an table that was unclean, like the others. After getting some serviettes (no serviettes, just blue roll). After sitting down, I realised another piece of my box meal was missing, a piece of fillet. After telling them, they told us that they would hand it to us when it was ready. I ordered a zinger meal (supposedly spicy, it wasn’t.) and after eating I realised that they still hadn’t given me the piece of chicken. Finally, after reminding them again, they gave us the chicken and after eating we went to put our rubbish in the bin. The bin was overflowing, so my dad had to push the rubbish down to fit our boxes. Nice food, just unkept and poor service.

Can never get their orders right. Instead they replace it with anything that comes to hand. Don’t waste your time ordering on Uber ect instead walk in so you ain’t disappointed. Annoyed is an understatement.

Always really slow. Delivery orders seem to take priority over in store ordered or drive through. Staff notOverlyBothered and have been seen trying to serve food that has fallen on the floor.

Got order and asked for fork and spoon but didn't have any also no cheese and the rewards scan didn't work.Normally no problems but this day was very poor.

I had a filet Tower meal and when eating the chicken that comes with the meal I noticed it was still raw.This was a take away and didn't have it till I got home. I've tried to call the store and haven't had any luck getting hold of anyone very disappointed

Been here at least 6 times now and always hot chicken and chips. This is a small restaurant and sometimes the tables inside are needing to be wiped but the staff are trying their best and it is appreciated. Plenty of parking on a Friday evening, that's my favourite time to visit. Enjoy.

This place was filthy. None of the tables had been cleaned, the floor was covered in dirt, there was no toilet paper in the holder, and I didn't really want to touch anything in there. The food was nice, the lady who served us was polite and friendly but there was no reason why the place couldn't have been wiped down. I bet if you went across to McDonald's, they would have been busy instead of quiet like KFC.

Waste of money, chips looked liked they had been sat there for hours cold and tasteless as for the festive tower burger again cold the bun had a vinegar taste and just fell apart and the stuffing just over powdered the whole thing, I think the only thing that was ok was the drink.Overflowing bins and a smell of old cooking fat as you walked in.Out of 10 that will a be 0

The worst thing they have only Uber eats delivery service. After order it took 1 hr and 15 mins to delivery, when ordered shown standard delivery 15 mins to 30 mins. What a worst service. The delivery man collected food from MC Donalds Frist and then kfc and delivered MC Donalds and then delivered kfc. I could have walked and brought in 20 mins.Never again I buy kfc online through delivery using Uber eats.Kfc should think of some other way to delivery if not you will lose customer like me.

I went to the Wisbech KFC for a takeaway 4 piece chicken meal and a fillet burger meal they were the worst meals I've ever had when I got home there was only 2 scabby bits of chicken in the bag ,the chips were cold and dry ,the fillit was about the size of an Oxo cube dry and cold ,it was that bad I couldn't be bothered to go back for the rest even the dog wouldn't eat it
