Wavertree fabrications

I don't normally leave reviews but felt we had such bad service I felt I had to leave this review. I wasnt able to post this review with no stars. We initially approached Wavertree Fabrications in June 2022 and placed our order for fencing and gate and paid our deposit in September 2022 knowing that they were booked up until late November 2022. We had no communication from them unless we chased it up and was advised the lads would be out to measure up at the end of January 2023 and installation would be the first week February 2023. February came and went again very little communication. We had three further install dates that didn't happen until we were advised in July 2023 that there was an issue sourcing materials and we could either chose different materials or get a refund of our deposit. We chose the refund as we weren't confident that our order would be honoured. Our refund eventually was paid back over a period of 6 weeks in installments and this was only done as we chased it every other day. The excuse we received was they were waiting payment on another job. A recommendation from another customer for some reason turned into a nightmare for us.

I would highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a fabricators for your driveway gates and fence. The communication from Claire was great and the workmanship from Darren and Paul who made and fitted the gates was excellent. The lads take great pride in their work.Thanks guys

Excellent service from first co tact to last from wavertree fabrications. We are absolutely delighted with our new gates, very durable and smooth to open and close. Lock and keys supplied for extra security hanks to Claire and Darren for a job well done.
