Ordered food on their website easily enough. 1 hour later food arrives. No egg fried rice but sent chips and spring rolls instead. Eventually managed to get through on phone to complain and they asked for my address 3 times. Kept asking which website I'd ordered from as if they had no knowledge of the order. Food bland, in bin. Chips were ok though so probably deserve 1 star for that at least. I feel like I've just been robbed

My wife and I ordered a curry, when it arrived it was so cold we had to heat it up in the microwave. The sauce was so watery and was tasteless. Do yourself a favour and DON'T order food from here, its a waste of money. We will NEVER order from here again

Awful food that tasted like it had gone off. The only 'fresh' item in the order was the hair we found embodied within the prawn toast the latter of which tasted like it had gone off. Even worse, the hair looked like it might have been pubic hair! (I now appreciate how they got a 1 star hygiene rating!!). The spring rolls were pretty much empty shells of pastry and very overcooked, the vegetable Kung Po had barely any vegetables (save for raw onion!) and tasted really fishy, plus Peking chicken tasted like it was doused in vinegar! They also seem to think its clever to mix two items together (ribs and chicken) in the same tupperware, despite being covered in different sauces...the end result, an inedible mix of both satay and peking sauce covering both items. What a great way of saving a tupperware whilst wasting an entire meal, genius! Finally, what on earth compels them to put raw onion on absolutely everything?! I've nothing against onions, but perhaps not making up 40% of every dish I ordered. Furthermore, I paid you to cook me a meal, at the very least you could perhaps actually try cooking the onion, at least a little bit!!

Food arrived quick enough but was a little bit cold. Other than that tasted great (my cats enjoyed the chow mein and the beef with mushrooms too), combo starter platter was a bargain and was just the right amount of food. If I could improve one thing the egg fried rice could have done with more frying because it tasted more like egg boiled rice. Got some free spring rolls and fortune cookie though so would deffo buy again!

Had an awful experience ordering from here that resulted in my whole family getting severe food poisoning for 3 days. Tried to resolve this with just eat as I ordered directly through them. Had no correspondence as yet.

Food arrived an hour after we ordered and drivers were inefficient are locating our address. Food that was delivered was cold and we were missing items from our order. In the sweet and sour CHICKEN there were prawns and a questionable other meat. The ribs were extremely dry and had hardly any meat on. There was no flavour to the chow mien and the noodles were mushy. We r still waiting on our missing items, god knows when they’ll be delivered, we just hope it’s before we graduate uni.

Absolutely disgusting! This place used to be good but no more. Waited over 90 minutes for food. It came cold and the bean curd was disgusting the onion was raw everything was cold and gross went in the bin and they refused to give me a refund! Avoid avoid do not order from here

The special fried rice was exactly how I like it too beTonight I have ordered the same plus king prawns with bean sprouts and curry sauce so will post about thatHopefully all is lovely again

I don't know if this restaurant has changed hands but the food is awful. The sweet and sour sauce is flavoured water. The salt and pepper prawns are extremely dry and verging on the side of inedible. This used to be a really nice takeaway.

Sweet and sour chicken balls were cremated and inedible. Curry sauce came in a polystyrene pot and must have been so hot it actually melted the pot so had a paper bag full of sauce. Terrible. Do not order from here under any circumstances.
