It is incredibly rare to find a company with 20+ reviews on Google and ALL of them to be 5 stars... I can confirm that having just used Essex Gas and Plumbing LTD to install 4 new radiators and a Hive Thermostat system that all of these 5 star reviews are absolutely deserved. Jack and his colleague arrived exactly on time, they treated the house exceptionally well, even laying down a carper protector throughout everywhere in the house they went. The installation was very professionally done, the price was competitive and they left the house perfectly tidy when the left. There's not really any negative I can think of even if I tried! I'll definitely be saving Jack's details if we ever need any other heating/plumbing related work. Excellent work sirs!

I just had to share this amazing experience we had with Essex Gas & Plumbing Ltd, especially Jack and Mike. They are absolute lifesavers!We were in a bit of a jam with our new kitchen almost ready, but the gas hob was missing. That's when after one quick call to Kirsty, Jack came to the rescue. He was not only super friendly but also super meticulous in fitting the gas hob perfectly.Mum's kitchen is now ready for her culinary adventures! Plus, they left everything spotlessly clean.On the other hand, our central heating was acting up, and our home was freezing. Mike stepped in with a chemical flush, and it worked like magic. Our heating is back in action, and our home is cozy again. Mike was equally amazing at keeping everything tidy during the flush.Their attention to detail and time taken to lay protective sheets down were amazing!Jack and Mike made our day, and Essex Gas & Plumbing Ltd has earned our trust. Had an old boiler replaced by a combi and 5 new rads fitted plus thermostatic valves and a new over bath mixer/shower. Cannot praise these guys highly enough! Very professional and thorough, nothing is too much trouble. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Work carried out within timescale, genuine and honest company. Minimum mess and very respectful. Won’t be using anyone else now. Highly recommend Jack & Mike.

When you find a tradesman with passion for his work, empathy for others and offers and a high standard of customer service, hang onto them for dear life. This is Jack at Essex gas & plumbing.And they charge LESS for the servicing work than others!I've used this business for two years; I won't be going anywhere else.

Our boiler needed replacing in October after breaking down. It was quite a busy time, but Kirsty and Jack did everything they could and managed to squeeze us into their schedule so we wasn't without for very long. They were very professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating with us about what was going on and how long things would take. The work done was also excellent, they were extremely tidy, very friendly and trustworthy. We won't be using anyone else in the future!

Jack and Louis replaced our boiler. Their quote was very competitive, our property was treated with utmost respect and everything was done in a Covid safe and very tidy manner. Jack ensured that we got the best boiler for our needs and took the time to ensure that all controls and our new Hive controller were all fully understood. Communication with Kirsty in the office was always friendly, timely and clear. I wish them all the best and fully recommend them to you.
