Stupidly dropped my radiator cap into my engine one day and rang Toyota Norwich who were able to order me one in next day, first thing! My mother collected it but went into the wrong entrance and she asked me to add there a lovely gentleman who walked her through to the right area to collect the part!

Absolutely horrendous experience! Called for several days to purchase a car from here, I called numerous times only to be told I would receive a call back, explained to sales manager that the advertised car was over market price stated on auto trader and would not help with this at all, bought a car elsewhere and it was completed within hours not days! Stay well clear from this place as they are not reliable and don't follow up with any calls.
