Absolute Master Craftsman! Sent in a pair of boots with leather soles that had been poorly repaired previously. Had a complete re-sole repair and my boots came back as good as new! Delighted with the repair and would highly recommend.

Resoled an old pair of shoes for me. They look as good as new.

I absolutely love this shop. The teddies in the window are adorable, and Mr Anand is wonderful - he's ever so friendly, accommodating, and excellent at his job. I have a really old pair of boots that I adore, and when the zipper broke in a way that was rather complicated to fix, a number of other shops wouldn't do so, whereas Mr Anand fixed then perfectly, and charged a very reasonable price.Thank you very much, Mr Anand!

Very quick to respond to emails. Ordered a pair of shoes over the phone and they were dispatched the same day. Received them within 24 hours of the order. Very happy with the service.

Do not advise using for Equestrian repairs!I called to check this was something they could do before hand as it was advertised online and took my very minor repairs in to show them. I was assured they would be simple to do by hand and the items would be safe after. I did make a point of saying if he thought it wasn’t possible to let me know but I was assured the work was simple.Upon collecting what I found was one very expensive item badly glued together and one stitched over but still loose . I offered to pay for one repair which was fine but was refused by young lad and told to speak to the owner about all of them at once the next day.I received a rude text minutes later and a phone call where the owner proceeded to shout at me down the phone and hang up on me.I went in to collect my items which are now in a worse condition than they were to begin with, the owner admitted they were unsatisfactory repairs and stated that one wasn’t even finished when I was given it to take, he apologised for being rude the day before, all was well until inspecting my items when I got home I found he has cut off his poor stitching leaving holes in the leather on two items rendering the leather weakened so not fit for purpose now, he even did this on the item I requested to pay for out of pure pettiness as I did say that particular item was fine and ask to pay for it and take it the day before.I now have a few hundred pounds worth of leather work now fit for the bin which could have been repaired by someone competent in the first place.

Best dang cobbler you'll find outside of the capital. Amazing service and great selection of shoes. -really (check out their Instagram). Very proud to have a local shop of such outstanding quality and the fact that its family owned, and run, makes it just that extra special.

A really friendly business, they replied to my query very quickly and made sure I got the right font and style for the engraving. They completed the work in a few hours and I collected it the same day. We have also used them for key cutting before and they were very prompt and efficient.

Friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this place. Had some boots that needed polishing. This is normally a collect next day job but when they realised that we were just visiting and that was not possible they dealt with it right away. 1st class service.

Anand is a first rate professional craftsman in leather. His shop in Market Harborough is well stocked with quality items and the customer service delivered by Anand and his son, Raj is second to none. I can thoroughly recommend him.
