TIME WASTERS!Was quoted a price for a stairs back in February which we agreed to, with the expectation that work would start in 2 weeks. Since then, every 2 weeks I have been told that it will be a further 2 weeks wait. I've spent the last 4 months chasing them to start the work. You won't hear off them & they often don't respond to texts. On the last call my partner made we were once again told 'should be round to you in 2 weeks'. That was 3 weeks ago now!Wouldn't bother wasting any time with this firm. They obviously don't want the work but are seemingly too afraid to tell their potential customers that.
