I've heard shocking news regarding this care home today. Patients not given their medication. So many other flaws. I believe its under investigation due to complaints. Management totally unprofessional and unapproachable. Falsyfing records. Luckily my friend has been able to get her mother transferred to a decent care home. Shocking how the manager has behaved with regards to several complaints. In complete denial and refusing to discuss the issues regarding her lack of care to many folks.My friend's husband had to nip back here to collect something and he heard a staff member swearing about a patient loudly. Totally inappropriate and disrespectful.

I saw my nan here the staff are friendly the place is clean IV heard that the food is nice and the room is big with a good view out the window. Lovely place.
