My friend went to you guys trusting that you'd do your job right. You pierced under the mask (pembs council still not ok-ing this due to covid...) You pierced through the cartalidge and I'm hoping you don't even realise you are doing your job wrong, hoping that you take this constructively and train better at your job.Re you response, you missed also a valid point, you pierced through cartalidge on a septum piercing and did your job unsafely, learn how to pierce or don't at all.

My 8 year old had her ears pierced today, the man was amazing with her, made her feel at ease she was really pleased leaving the shop my 4 year old neice then decided she wanted her ears pierced so we went back she had the first ear done and didnt take it so well lol but we managed to get the other 1 done eventually, considering my 4 year old neice was kicking off he delt with the situation very well and she came out of his shop smiling in the end lol i would highly recommend and the price is very good less than half of what claire accessories charge.

Very profesional service. Removed my piercing without any pain. Very informative of the correct way to treat a piercing and prevent infection. Would definitely come back here and recommend.
