I recently used Palmer Maintenance Services for a boiler service before winter comes. Being a single woman I am always worried about being taken advantage of by tradesmen but can honestly say I didn't feel this way with Geoff who came to do the work. Extremely happy with the service provided and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Geoff from Palmer maintenance recently repaired my faulty combi boiler. We had intermittent hot water to our shower on the first floor. I’d previously had Corgi and then another firm come to investigate the issue and neither diagnosed the problem correctly, leaving me with cold showers and a couple of hundred quod poorer.Geoff figured out the issue from my description of the problem to him, he came over and replaced the hot water flow valve on the boiler the problem is now resolved.This is the third time I’ve used Palmer Maintenance for heating related problems in my home.

Boiler failed overnight. Called Palmer Maintenance Services at 1000. Geoff arrived at 1130, sourced and collected new PCB (had to drive to 2 places to ensure correct part purchased) with job completed by 1330. Absolutely blown away by the responsiveness and speedy resolution. As Geoff is accredited Worcester Bosch engineer, he was also able to get some prompt telephone assistance from them directly regrading the specific config/wiring of my boiler. Will use again for servicing and other repairs (hopefully not too soon though).

Needed an emergency boiler replacement at one of my properties. Geoff came up trumps and fitted in time and for a very competitive price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Always professional, prompt and courteous. Doesn't try to bamboozle you with technical stuff, just does the job and does it well!

Geoff has provided our annual service for the last three years. From the annual reminder to the cheerful, prompt servicing we are happy to recommend. He even picked up a leak on a valve and recommended that we get it replaced by Worcester under the guarantee - professional!
